Return, refund and cancellation policy

DUE TO NATURE OF GOODS SOLD I.E FLOWERS WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. REFUNDS WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF MANAGEMENT, ANY DISPUTES MUST HAVE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF SPOILED GOODS AND MUST HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO BRIGHT BLOOMS WITHIN 24HRS OF GOODS BEING RECEIVED. CANCELLATIONS: FOR CANCELLATIONS OF FLOWER ORDERS WE MUST BE NOTIFIED AT LEAST 24HRS PRIOR TO DELIVERY DAY, WEDDING CANCELLATIONS 1 MONTH PRIOR, FUNERAL ORDERS 3/4 DAYS PRIOR.


 

Delivery policy

DELIVERIES WE WILL ALWAYS TRY TO DELIVER ON THE DAY REQUESTED AND EITHER IN THE AM/PM, HOWEVER SHOULD WE NOT BE ABLE TO DELIVER DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES WE WILL CONTACT THE BUYER TO INFORM THEM BY PHONE, AS LONG AS A NUMBER HAS BEEN PROVIDED, IF NOT WE WILL DELIVER GOODS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND AS CLOSE TO THE REQUESTED DATE.
